Is membership compulsory?
We offer a free membership option with no monthly fees. We also have different membership tiers tailored to suit various users based on the frequency of their visits and the services or programs they wish to engage in.
Can I cancel my booking if I cannot make it for the slot?
Unfortunately, no cancellations are allowed once a booking is successfully made.
Can you tell me more about your centre’s progression plan for my child in tennis?
Our highly experienced coaches have developed a structured program designed to elevate your child's tennis skills to the next level. Many of our students are currently excelling in national junior tournaments with impressive results and rankings. With the launch of Project Grand Slam (PGS), our goal is to nurture our students into professional tennis players.
What is the UTR tournament about?
We are excited to introduce the Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) system at CSP and other centres managed by our academy. The UTR system is a modified Elo rating system that promotes fair and competitive play across the tennis world. Players are rated based on actual results, rather than age, gender, nationality, or socioeconomic status. By understanding your UTR Rating, you can find matches, events, and tournaments that are competitive and enjoyable, helping you improve your game. The UTR Rating scale ranges from 1.00 to 16.50, based on actual match outcomes. We will organise a series of matches to ensure all players gain essential match experience using the UTR system.
What are the rules and regulations for using the sports facilities?
General Rules and Regulations:
- Operating Hours: CSP is open from 7am to 10pm daily.
- Booking Facilities: Facilities such as tennis courts, pickleball courts, squash courts, and the fitness station can be booked by the public, organisations, and members for use.
- Attire: Proper sports attire must be worn on all courts and fitness areas.
- No Littering: Users must dispose of trash in designated bins and keep the premises clean.
- Damage to Facilities: Users are responsible for any damage caused to facilities, structures, or equipment. Intentional damage will result in penalties and potential legal action.
Indemnity and Exclusion of Liability:
- Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSP, Future Sports Academies, the property owner, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of CSP facilities.
- Exclusion of Liability: CSP, Future Sports Academies, the property owner, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained by users, including but not limited to those arising from negligence, equipment malfunction, or misuse of facilities.
Conduct and Safety:
- Safety: Users must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by CSP staff.
- Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited on CSP premises.
Booking and Cancellations:
- Booking Policy: All bookings must be made in advance through CSP’s designated booking system or reception.
- Cancellation: Users must notify CSP of any cancellations within a reasonable time frame to avoid penalties or fees.
Compliance and Enforcement:
- Compliance: Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in suspension or termination of facility use privileges.
- Enforcement: CSP reserves the right to enforce these rules, impose penalties, or deny access to facilities for non-compliance.
